Remember pop rock? I’m talking about acts like Lifehouse, The Fray, One Republic, and Imagine Dragons. They ruled pop radio. Today if they came out they would be labeled adult contemporary. The sounds of soft rock. Regardless, The Como Brothers are keeping it alive. They can be found gigging around Hard Rock Café and The Cutting Room in New York City. They’ve had songs featured on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, MTV’s The Real World, and The Oxygen Channel’s Best Ink. Key Track: The Last Song
If you haven’t heard of sing-songwriter Tim Halperin, he has the #1 album on the iTunes singer-songwriter charts. Halperin also landed in the top 24 in last years American Idol and has shared the stage with Hot Chelle Ray, Cody Simpson, etc. The track The Last Song is a Kings favorite and it reminds us of The Fray.
