Alt rock band Hidden Hospitals is gearing up to hit the road in support of their debut full-length album Surface Tension. The Chicago-based foursome–which includes members from previous projects Damiera (Equal Vision Records) and Kiss Kiss (Eyeball Records)–will kick off a nine show run on May 3 in Rochester, NY.
