Mike Baretz is a singer, songwriter and producer who blends r&b/groove-infused production, pop-conscious melodies, and high-level musicianship that emanates through his versatile catalog. His diversified style comes from his range of influences, with artists from John Mayer to D’angelo to Charlie Puth. Mike has studied with 2x Grammy award-winning composer Herschel Garfein, and is mentored by artist developer and pianist Vera Tisheff (Leonard Bernstein, Earl “Fatha” Hines). When he is not honing his pianistic technique or arranging a string quartet to be performed at Juilliard, he is selling out shows at Muchmore’s, Cornelia Street Cafe, and other venues in the NYC/Brooklyn area with just him, a guitar or piano, and a computer.
