If you’re in the mood for something poppy and polished under two minutes, check out Liv Slingerland’s track “C’mon C’mon.” It’s simple, straight to the point, and does its job well. This track could easily find a home on Spotify’s Pop Rising or Alt Rocked playlists.

During Post Malone’s world tour in 2023, where she played guitar, Liv Slingerland spent her downtime in hotel rooms and on the tour bus working on new music. Once she returned to her home studio, “C’mon, C’mon” came together quickly one night after she improvised lyrics to one of the chord progressions she had created on the road. Written, produced, and mixed by Slingerland, “C’mon, C’mon” features a bouncy, vibrant energy with catchy lyrics and melody that hook listeners from the start.

Known in the music industry for her success as a touring guitarist, Slingerland has backed up fan favorites like Olivia Rodrigo, Halsey, and currently, Post Malone. As her career has rapidly grown, Slingerland continues to emphasize her own artistry. She released her debut album “Hey You” on Righteous Babe Records in 2022 and is currently launching new singles that blend her passion for guitar with her knack for catchy melodies, smart production, and heartfelt lyrics.

Most recently, Liv Slingerland performed as guitarist with Post Malone at the Louvre in Paris, marking the first live concert ever hosted at the museum.
