News Update: Both Jesse Thomas and The Young Romans will perform
at Rockwood Music Hall (NYC) Tuesday, May 22nd. Set-time: 6:15

Kings favorite Jesse Thomas who we featured last year will released her first full length “War Dancer” which came out in February 14th. Her single “You I Want” was the Starbucks pick of the week with 2.1 million free download cards in all U.S. and Canadian locations and the new single “Fire” was the iTunes download of the week. Her album peaked at #25 on Billboard Heatseekers and #4 on the iTunes Singer/Songwriter chart. In recent weeks, she has been featured in the LA Times as well as mentioned in Glamour Magazine. She also made a lot of buzz at SXSW this March as a headliner at the Hotel Cafe sponsored showcase. Thomas has shared the stage with John Mayer and Lights.

The Young Romans will also perform who released their new record “Tiger Child” on March 20th, 2012 and also were featured on iTunes with the Indie Spotlight Download Of The Week. Their song “Where You Go” was featured as the end-credits of
the new film “Salmon Fishing In The Yemen” (Lions Gate) starring Ewan MacGregor and Emily Blunt. They have been gaining a lot of traction on the Alternative radio scene, and they are in rotation on major reporting-stations in the LA area.
