King The Kid, who has only been a band for just barely a year, has just come off two US and Canada tours. They performed as a featured headliner at “PlayList Live” and won Hot Topic” Battle of The Bands. Sweden’s indie pop act Indevotion a Kings favorite will perform this week at CMJ. The band released a brand new EP “Heart” and released a music video for the first single “Originals”. They have toured Sweden in the last year performing in clubs and and big stages, also performing several of the main festivals in Scandinavia. They will perform at Pianos on October 15th in NYC at 6:15. Check out the video for the track Originals.

Buzz Track: North Hills

Since the last time we featured BadBoxes the band was picked up by the Agency Group and Neon Gold Records debuted a “JSMN” remix by Diamond Cut which hit #15 on Hype Machine’s Remix Chart. They will perform at the Knitting Factory on October 15th in NYC and October 17th at Rockwood Music Hall at 8:00pm. Buzz Track: Go Buffalo

Like Swimming is a Swedish pop group. At the end of the summer 2013 the trio began to gain momentum and USA-Today premiered their third single Go Buffalo. The band is currently booked for their first USA tour and have upcoming performances Los Angeles and CMJ in New York. If you’re out and about at CMJ, this would be a band to watch.
