KOAR favorite,  New Medicine formerly A Verse Unsung who recently signed to Photo Finish/Atlantic Records just released this video for the song The Takeover.

The music biz is ‘goo goo gaa gaa’ over Adam Lambert’s new single “Time For Miracles” claiming it’s a #1 smash. I don’t think it’s a bad song, but I don’t think it’s a great song. It could grow on me. Aerosmith’s “I Don’t Want to Miss A Thing” is better. I still believe Lambert is one of the better entertainers that came from Idol. He gives it his all striking rock star poses ala Robert Plant and Freddie Mercury.

The hardest part for any idol artist is finding their sound since they typically don’t write their own songs. It’s the job of the producer to write songs or find songs that reflect the artist.
