A couple of artists changed perception, just when it looked like doomsday. Susan Boyle is selling hundreds of thousands of her CD a week and christian act Casting Crowns went gold with their new CD ‘Until The World Hears‘- just in 4 WEEKS! These record breaking numbers didn’t come from the usual suspects and aren’t your typical homogenized top 40 artists. Also, people bought CD’s not .99 cent singles. This means that an artist’s ‘body of work’ is still warranted under the right conditions. Once again, the record breaking numbers DID NOT come from the usual suspects. This could mean an artistic revolution is around the corner….
