CLAVVS

CLAVVS has released their second single “Throat” from the forthcoming ‘halfblood’ EP. The band will continue to release new songs until the release, slated for Spring of 2016. The alt-pop duo from Atlanta says ‘Throats’ is a song about itself, but its also about freedom, like all of the songs on halfblood. There’s real beauty in breaking free from yourself and from the expectations of the world around you.” Big things are on the horizon for CLAVVS.

Loren - Love Birds

Loren, a 15 year-old indie pop singer/songwriter from Walloon Lake, Michigan has premiered her new song ‘Love Birds‘ that comes off her debut EP “The Dare” which is available on October 23rd. Loren is a young female who is finding her voice quickly in the populated indie scene & ‘Love Birds‘ proves she can perform alongside with the indie greats. Loren notes “Love birds” captures the feeling of nostalgia when you think back to times with someone you loved, both the good and the bad. The feeling you get when you want to relive those moments together even if it hurt. Even though things went wrong you still feel connected to that person because of all you went through together.”

AVERS

Round Hill Music enters into an admin deal with indie rockers, AVERS. The company is ecstatic to be working with the band, adding great songs to their catalog.  Avers, a 6 piece hailing from Richmond, Virginia is best described as a psychedelic pop, dirty rock ‘n’ roll act for the masses. The band just wrapped up performing Austin City Limits. More on this band to come.

Starling

Starling recently signed to Communion and released the track Wild Heart.  Starling started with covers of Joni Mitchell and Bill Withers, eventually writing her own brand of dark, moody, atmospheric- indie pop.  Depression, solitude and a cathartic approach to writing form the lyrical basis to Starling’s work, a quality that hints at the depth yet to come from this intriguing new artist.
