Watch out for Sophia Gripari and the track “Common Sense.” The latest release, which captures the aftermath of a broken relationship and reflects on the struggle to move on, is perfectly crafted soft pop. It hits hard enough to become an instant earworm.

Sophia Gripari, originally from London and now based in LA, is an independent artist and songwriter making waves in the Pop world. Her notable releases include ‘Hate You but I Don’t,’ ‘Sad AF,’ and ‘Hurt People.’ In 2020 alone, her music garnered over 1.5 million streams on Spotify and 2 million views on YouTube. Sophia has received support from various channels like La Belle Musique, Mahogany, and Popular Music. Her work has been featured in Epic Games’ Fortnite, MTV, and Jam in the Van, and she’s an official endorsed artist for PRS Guitars.

In 2021, Sophia Gripari collaborated with Dutch DJ Marc Benjamin on the re-release of her hit song ‘Hate You but I Don’t,’ showcased at Tomorrowland, the world’s largest dance music festival.

Starting off 2022, Sophia released ‘Brunette With Baggage,’ inspired by the end of a relationship where her ex described her as ‘just his type, an emotionally unavailable brunette with baggage.’ Check it out on KOAR’s Indie Invaders Playlist.
