Indie-pop artist Juliette Goglia dropped her new single “Empathy” which comes off of her upcoming debut EP, I’m Not Sweet. I don’t know, but the melody is similar to a Christmas song, when I think of it, I’ll let you know. The Los Angeles based artist California had roles in TV shows such as Hannah Montana, Scandal, Easy A, and Two and a Half Men. The new forthcoming EP centers around betrayal, battling depression and anxiety. Currently on tour with Postmodern Jukebox, Juliette’s cover of “Teenage Dream” through the group garnered 450K streams on Spotify and 530K views on YouTube.

Look out for Daniella Mason. She just released Steady – the second single from Mason’s forthcoming Physical State EP. The alt pop singer-songwriter has written with Nick Jonas and has shared the stage with DNCE and Demi Lovato, as well as performing at Bonnaroo last summer. Spotify Wrapped reveals that the Nashville based artist clocked 2.4 million streams over the year with nearly a million listeners. Give it a stream!

Indie pop singer-songwriter Nicole Millar releases Favours. “I had a bit of a rough year with a lot of changes,” she reveals. “‘Favours’ is a song about how I’ve got no praise, or money left for this person.” She is best known for the hit “Blindfolded” that has garnered 8 million+ streams. The Australian first made waves as the voice of Peking Duk’s single High. She also has EDM cuts on Emoh Instead’s “Out to Dry” Cosmos Midnight’s “Phantasm” the Golden Features’ “Tell Me”. 20 year old new comer Nina Chuba drops the impressive track Lips Shut. The track reminds me of DICTATOR by the latest buzz artist REI AMI which we have on our Indie Invaders Playlist. Repped by Mag Mgmt, the Hamburg electro-pop artist has received blog love and showing 360k total 2019 Spotify streams. Her backstory is that she started her career as a child actress before pursuing a path in music. She is currently working on her debut EP.

Watch out for Brooklyn based indie pop artist Lydia Ford. The 25 year old Ireland native just dropped the mid-tempo Talk, definitely worth a listen. Taking inspiration from the production of acts like Sigrid, Julia Michaels and Lauv – she has supported Delorentos on their “Bullet In A Gun” Tour. Garnering attention from blogs, the bedroom pop producer landed on playlists including New Music Friday UK, A Breath of Fresh ÉIRE, and Poptronix. Last year she wrapped up with 230K Spotify streams.
