Kings favorite Club Drive has released the music video for the track Leaving and they announced a Spring 2017 headline tour which puts them at The Garage in London, followed by Manchester and Birmingham.
As I noted before, Club Drive is an unrestrained, straight forward pop band that has some classic Maroon 5 moments.
Having support from BBC Introducing, the London 4 piece performed on the main stage at Fusion Festival where they played alongside The Vamps and Ella Henderson.
The band is influenced by a wide array of artists. Lead vocalist Aaron Trowbridge notes, “In hindsight our parents actually had great taste in music. Everything from The Police, Phil Collins, Toto, Chicago & Prince to the likes of R’n’B, Garage and Pop-punk through our teenage years.
Stream or buy the EP and let me know what you think.

Austin indie act Night Drive has premiered their song Rise and Fall which comes off their forthcoming album due early in 2017. With love from Spin, Ear Milk and others, the dark pop duo are bound to make some noise.
Opening up for A list artists including CHVRCHES, Robert Delong and The Psychedelic Furs, the synth pop act has a reputation of a must-see-live band.
But it’s the backstory that is unique yet tragic. Co-founders Rodney Connell and Brandon Duhon met after a girl they were both unknowingly dating was killed in a car wreck. Having bonded over the tragedy, they began a musical collaboration and fate to its course.
