BeachTiger

Coming out of sleepy Charleston, I’m feeling the psych-indie rock act Beach Tiger. The indie rock quartet is fresh on the scene, yet their two song releases have already garnered 30k SoundCloud streams, and music blogs such as Indie Shuffle, Hillydilly, and The Wild Honey Pie are loving the band.

Getting in touch with the band has been a bit tough as they have been holed up in studio all week with little sleep, but I am expecting big things from Beach Tiger. Check out the track Mind Make.

Wayfarers

Wayfarers are showing off their indie chops. Having met in their respective bands on tour with artist such as Demi Lovato and Echosmith, the electronic indie duo wasted no time creating the catchy radio ready track The New Original.

Although they are just getting started so are the accolades. The LA/NY based act are well on their way with a rapidly growing Spotify fanbase and a song placement in ads by Shoedazzle, Facebook, and Verizon. Check back for updates.

cheerleader

Indie pop act Cheerleader began as a duo releasing an EP on SoundCloud. Shortly after, the three song demo was met with fanfare quickly leading to features in NME and Nylon along with radio play.

Now, the Philadelphia haze-pop quintet will embark on a East Coast tour supporting their debut album The Sunshine of Your Youth on Bright Antenna Records. The Mark Needham (The Killers, Walk The Moon) produced album is proven to be a winner with the success of the latest single A Million Ways.

Having performed alongside The Hold Steady and The Wombats catch them this month at Milkboy in Philly on 5/27 or Mercury Lounge in NYC on 5/28. These Cheerleaders don’t need wings to fly!

Cooling off from the success of the self title EP, Kings favorite Sleeplust are back with a new track.

Having signed a two single remix deal with Artist Intelligence Agency and EDM.com, the band collaborated with the production team Cloudsz on the remix of their new single Lies.

The Los Angeles electro three piece is made up of songstress Meghan Tartamella and twin brothers Michael and Joseph Pepe, and lists Tacos & Drum Machines as interests. Cool!
