Zara Kershaw - Kings of A&R

Zara Kershaw worked on cruise ship as a performer but quit soon after to pursue her own music career. Making a good decision, her electro pop tracks are infectious and have already drawn comparisons to some of the greats such as Lorde & Lana Del Rey. Zara has seen early signs of success with the most recent collaboration with Hospital Records producer Etherwood on the single ‘Souvenirs‘, which landed on #9 on the iTunes Electronic Chart and spins from KISS FM and XFM. The recent single “Count The Days” which comes off her third EP has all that elements of a indie pop hit and was chosen by BBC Radio 1’s Alice Levine for the Richer Unsigned’s ‘Best of September 2015′ playlist. More to come out of this Brighton home studio.

Sophie Rose - Kings of A&R

15 year old Sophie Rose who comes from Los Angeles has released a new song ‘Attention‘ on SoundCloud which is the perfect dose of ‘dark’ indie pop. The track is the theme song for the new AwesomenessTV original series “Guidance”. Her background is compelling as she is a singer-songwriter as well as producer signed to a publishing joint venture between Ester Dean and Dr. Luke’s Prescription Songs. Having written hundreds of songs, I won’t surprised if one of those tracks takes off.

Miamigo

Miamigo released a new catchy uptempo single that will make you push the gas pedal a little harder. The band says this about the new track ‘What I Want’: “It’s about a restless wait and the virtue of patience that battles inhibitions and alter-egos, dreams and delusions.” The duo released their ‘Hard To Love‘ EP in June with support from The 405, Hilly Dilly and DIY to name a few. The track has already garnered 8,000+ SoundCloud streams.

castoutofparadise

Here comes CASTOUTOFPARADISE, a new project helmed by David Amezcua who is no stranger to the indie music scene. Amezcua a member of Awolnation, played bass and toured the world in support of the smash hit single “Sail.” His first release ‘All The Children” has all the elements of a song to get those out of their seats and onto the dance floor. Co-produced with Brett Nolan via Amezcua’s production company Battle Creek Recordings, the new EP ‘The Center Cannot Hold‘ will certainly make some noise.
