Singer-songwriter Juliana an upstate NY native who now resides in Nashville has become a Kings favorite. She began sharing her music at open mic nights, and, at the suggestion of a friend, posted a few early videos online. Juliana quickly garnered a substantial and a online following. She cites Joni Mitchell and Patti Smith as influences and is gearing up to release new music in 2015. Juliana is an artist to watch.

Kings favorite Stephanie Skye has been awarded Gold in the Pop category for her song Skin & Bones, while her other song Crash And Burn has been awarded Finalist in the Pop category of the 31st Mid-Atlantic Song Contest. Since we last featured new comer Stephanie Skye she has gained considerable amount of interest. Stephanie’s prowess vocals puts her in the same league as Christina Aguilera, Adele and Sia. She was also included in the Kings of A&R best emerging artists of 2014.

Step Rockets, a Kings favorite has premiered the new video “Phantom Flower“. It’s a modernly psychedelic video that is artistically animated and chalk full of futuristic green-screen glory. Step Rockets will be releasing a new single, “Turning Tides (By Your Side)” the first week in early February. Step Rockets burst onto the international music scene with their single Kisser, a self-released indie pop anthem that shot to #1 on the Hype Machine charts just weeks after its release. Kings favorite The Cold And Lovely released a new single “Lost All Control” that comes off their upcoming album. They just performed the Reverend Guitars after party at NAMM with Reeves Gabrels from The Cure. The Cold and Lovely is the brainchild of Meghan Toohey (The Weepies, Lenka, Schuyler Fisk), and Nicole Fiorentino (The Smashing Pumpkins, Veruca Salt, Spinnerette). After several years as a producer and session player, Toohey returned to her roots as a songstress, writing the band’s eponymous debut album. When her songs began achieving placements on television shows such as Gossip Girl, Grimm, Chasing Life and Vampire Diaries, she knew she was on the right path. The Cold And Lovely was named a Kings of A&R top 8 artist.
