Anthony Rankin

Kings favorite Anthony Rankin has self released a new single Better Than Dreaming. We learned of Anthony via his first single Phoenix In Vegas. Drawing comparisons to Prince and Bruno Mars, Rankin is a graduate of the old school combining classic R&B and pop. The tracks were self-produced with co-production by Victor Broden (Jake Owen, LeeAnn Rimes, Plus One). You can check him out tonight at BB Kings in Nashville.

Lovey-James

Buzz Track: I Can Do Anything

Lovey got her start on the stage being a competitive dancer and participating in local competition. It was at the Portland Teen Idol competition where she hit the musical jackpot and met singer/songwriter/producer Geoff Byrd. Her first single “Right Now,” was co-written with John Oates, who is best known as an American rock, R&B, and soul musician of Hall & Oates. Lovey was later introduced to producer/writer Steve Sundholm (Carrie Underwood, Hall & Oates). They began to work with and develop Lovey and co-wrote her next single “Nothing Can Stop Me.” PJ Bianco (Demi Lovato, Fifth Harmony, Jonas Brothers) co-wrote and produced her third single “Stupid Boy,” to which Lovey recorded her first music video, picking up steam among her peers. She has also participated in the Kidzbop “Save Text or No Text” cyber-bullying campaign.
