Buzz Track: Oh So Quiet

Dear Boy hailing in Los Angeles wrote their debut EP in Vauxhall, London. The band worked with Chad Bamford (Spiritualized), and Michael Patterson (Trent Reznor, BRMC) and will release the EP on September 10th. The band will perform every Monday night residency at Bootleg in September. The track “Oh So Quiet” has recently received local show airplay on KROQ, Alt 98.7 and KCSN.

Buzz Track: The Weekend

Sean Kennedy is a pop/alternative singer, writer and music producer from Fort Collins, CO. His self-produced debut EP, due out this fall, is an eclectic set that is filled with addictive hooks and radio-ready choruses. Kennedy has started to receive airplay on Denver alternative station KTCL. Think Fun meets Owl City.

Kings favorite Radical Something released an acoustic video for “Feels Like Forever” a brand new song from their upcoming Album Ride It Out. The band also reached 50,000 Facebook fans. The new album will be self released on September 2nd and the new video for the single can be viewed here.

Kings favorite The Unlikely Candidates who we placed in our top 8 emerging spot is #45 on the alternative rock charts with their song Follow My Feet. The band recently signed to Atlantic and quickly went to radio. The band hails from Fort Worth, Texas and takes cues from the likes of The Strokes and The Beatles.

Johnathan Celestin has become a Kings favorite. His voice alone puts him in Grammy category. The video for the track 12 Steps has garnered over hundreds of thousands YouTube views, and his album ‘And then the Rolling Stone Fell in Love’ was recently featured on the national television network, The CW as one of the best undiscovered sounds for 2013.
