Buzz Track: Madmen

The Brave Chandeliers has become a Kings favorite after listening to the track Madmen. They are young band with a classic sound. The recent album was produced by up and coming Jeremy Sherrer who has worked with Dandy Warholes and Gossip. The band can be found performing at venues in Portland as well as Seattle.

Buzz Track: Away

Talisker Skye fresh on the scene features Sean, the singer of the Tickle Me Pink (former Wind-Up Records) who joined forces with some of Colorado’s best musicians including Buck Dubbs and Kira Lynn Sands. Talisker went into the Blasting Room Studio with
Bill Stevenson (the Descendants, Rise Against) to record their first record. Talisker Skye’s debut album, is slated to release on June 30th of 2012.

Buzz Track: Never Know

Bright Matter has become a Kings favorite after getting turned on to his latest track Never Know. The video for “Never Know” is currently on Fuse TV On Demand as part of their unsigned artist series in May. His latest EP was self produced and released in March.

Kings favorite Vikunja, a young Swedish rock/pop band signed to BMG Chrysalis in Sweden are generating some good buzz and attention. They just completed recordings with producer Mats Valentin (Kelly Clarkson, Carpark North) and are
set to support Donkeyboy on upcoming shows later this summer. For fans of Coldplay, The Verve, Oasis, etc.

His self released song ‘Counting On You is currently #46 on the HOT AC chart which quickly garnered 100,000 YouTube views and 30,000 Twitter followers. KSL who listed Mikey as one of the top 5 artists ready to make it big says this “Mikey has some very genuine and organic music that is a fresh take on a tired pop music genre.”
