Every once in a while a left- of- center indie band creates a buzz and are surrounded by
New York/ Los Angeles music labels and managers.
As of now, the 6 piece Seattle folk/rock act The Head and the Heart have created the industry buzz.
They recently opened up for Vampire Weekend at Seattle’s Paramount Theatre and are still available for a recording deal, but will most likely secure a deal shortly due to the feeding frenzy.
Will The Head and the Heart live up to the hype and stake their position as the next
Arcade Fire?
Listen to the track Cats and Dogs.
