Lewis Capaldi said he won’t release any new music this year because people suffered enough. That’s pretty funny, but Capaldi is a really good artist and I can think of other artists that may want to spare people from new music (I shall not mention names).

Capaldi says:

“Hopefully I will release a new song and a new album next year,” he told the newspaper (via Radio X). “I won’t release another album this year or anything.
“I think people have suffered enough in 2020 – they don’t need another song from me.”
“So far we’ve written like 50 songs for it and like three or four of them are good, which is a good ratio I think,” he explained. “I am surprised at how productive I have been during lockdown as I thought I’d just sit in my pants all day and that would be it.”

Stef just dropped a new version of her song Sour which she retitled Sour Reimagine. It’s a good song so it deserves a remix. The first version is more europop while the second nears chill wave. But with a good song, it doesn’t matter the production. A good song can sound good in any genre .  The 20 year originally from Alabama now resides in Nashville.

Thousands gather at Smash Mouth concert. In fact, frontman Steve Harwell told the crowd: “We’re all here together tonight! F#!K that COVID shit!”
At least the frontman lives his lyrics. Remember the classic track All Star? “Hey now, you’re a rock star, only shooting stars break the mold”.
Thousands of fans gathered in Sturgis, South Dakota. The show on Sunday (August 9) was part of this year’s Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, a 10-day festival that attracted 250,000 motorcycle enthusiasts. Artists include: Smash Mouth, Trapt, Buckcherry, Drowning Pool, Night Ranger, Reverend Horton Heat, Lit, 38 Special, Quiet Riot, and Big Skillet.
America isn’t the only nation that is drawing big crowds. Berlin just had a big rally that attracted 20,000 people.
