Pavlove, a Belgian indie rock act release the new single ‘Give Me All You’ve Got’. Already picked up by Radio 1, on the third listen, you’ll love the song. The indie band draws inspiration from the 60’s as well as various bands like Tame Impala, and Unknown Mortal Orchestra.

The new single follows their 2016 debut EP. Their first single ‘Because Of You’ and music video was nicely streamed and was featured in ‘Charlie en Hannah’s Grand Night Out’, closing movie of Film Fest Ghent 2017.

20-year-old soul singer/songwriter Alessandro Bossi, also known as KIOL released his single ‘Hard Things.’ Just when you think all the best voices are gone, another one comes on the scene. This is the case with KIOL. The track was produced and recorded at the Grouse Lodge Studio (Muse, Bloc Party) in Ireland.

Citing influences such as Kings of Leon, Amy Winehouse, The Beatles and James Brown, he has shared the stage with The Prodigy and Editors at Home Festival in Italy, Suarez in Belgium and Luxembourg, and opened for Manu Chao, Agnes Obel, and Archive at Europavox Festival, where he was the highlighted artist for 2017. Check it out!

Kings favorite BANNERS who we covered before just released a new EP, Empires on the Fire. I wouldn’t be surprised if the track Someone To You found its way on top of the music charts. It’s been out for a while, but still could be a huge hit with its big chorus and powerful vocals. The Beatles and Arcade Fire comes to mind.

The UK indie artist quickly made a name for himself with his self-titled debut EP and has accumulated over 60 million streams on Spotify. BANNERS recently toured with Milky Chance and played Jimmy Kimmel Live! His latest EP  came out on Island Records.

5 Questions with Olivia O’Brien

The 17 year old songstress released the new R&B laced track “No Love“. Signed to Island Records, she has racked in over 70 million Spotify streams. Olivia O’Brien made a huge splash with her vocals on the SMASH HIT “i hate u, i love u”. Drawing from pop, R&B, and hip hop, the LA based singer-songwriter has released 6 singles to date.

What’s the inspiration behind the latest track ‘No Love’?

It’s about what I have observed from the social scene of LA – people going out just for the sake of showing face, people lying and plotting to gain fame that is undeserved and seems like they have it for no reason, people acting one way online and another in person… etc. There are so many disturbing things I saw that inspired me to write this song. A lot of things seem fake and no one is actually friends or actually in love, they start relationships solely based on how it can benefit them. It’s truly sad to watch.

Do you have a particular message that you want to convey to your audience?

My most important value in life and in my music is honesty. I want to be as honest as I possibly can with the world and I hope that I can inspire people to do the same.

Who is the biggest influence in your life?

SZA is my biggest idol and inspiration in music and just as a person. She is an amazing performer who radiates confidence and is unique in the best ways.

How would you like to be remembered?

I would like to be remembered as a true artist… someone who wrote her own songs and who was always real no matter what.

What is your short-term career goal?

I don’t have any short-term goals really… all of them are long-term. I want to build a long lasting career so that I can do this my whole life and I will do whatever it takes. My only real short-term goal is that I can continue writing my own songs and releasing them as soon as possible.

Mo Brandis releases his debut EP ‘Undercover’. The latest get-on-the-dance-floor single Red Lights is definitely a stand out of the 4 song EP.

Having worked with some of the writers and producers behind Adele, James Morrison and Joss Stone, the London based singer-songwriter draws influences from the likes of Justin Timberlake and MNEK.

Mo says: “I wrote ‘Red Lights’ as a feel-good tune and morning boost for anyone who needs it. I know I do on most days! It’s about breaking out of your mind, pursuing your dreams and not letting anything or anyone stop you. I’m always really inspired by stories of people going against all odds – because they had their own vision and just kept going.”
