Kid Runner

Buzz Track: Move

Within their first year, Kid Runner has gone from bedroom demos to National TV commercials, and the momentum hasn’t stopped there. Their huge synth hooks, shout along anthems and energetic live show has landed them opportunities to perform with Capital Cities, The 1975, X Ambassadors, and more. With a new EP set to be released this summer 2014, it’s safe to say that it’s been an amazing start for this up-and-coming alternative pop band. The band has opened for X Ambassadors, The Griswolds, Capital Cities, Twenty One Pilots, and The 1975 among others. They will perform Playing Fashion Meets Music Festival this August alongside Local Natives, Cold War Kids, and Circa Survive. A band to watch….

Corsica Arts Club

We’ve come to like LA indie-rock act Corsica Arts Club. Although relatively new to scene, the band has managed to gather up a considerable amount of press in a short period of time. The band cites influences including Bowie, New Order, Talking Heads, and Velvet Underground. Listen to the track California I Follow.

White Male Actors

Buzz Track: This is Your Time

Formed in late 2012, White Male Actors, the 3 piece outfit hailing from Strabane in the North West of Ireland quickly made a name for themselves by the quality of the material that they were posting online and then by following up this positive reaction with storming renditions of said material during their debut shows. Sonically, the band is inspired by the likes of R.E.M., Bruce Springsteen, Kings Of Leon and U2. Having signed a deal with up and coming Irish independent label ‘Broken MelodyRecords’ in December 2013 the band have recently finished up recording their debut EP and while putting the finishing touches to it they still managed to find time to headline a show at the prestigious Sound City festival in Liverpool, England. The band is currently making plans to work with famed British producer Gavin Monaghan (Editors, Ryan Adams, Kings Of Leon, Robert Plant) in the coming months on some brand new tracks. Their debut EP ‘Ghosts’ will be released in the autumn of 2014 through Broken Melody Records.
