It has an unconventional title but it reminiscence of a classic sounding song with his charming Bon Iver-esque falsetto. If you haven’t heard of Amanda Delara yet, you will. The 20 year old was just awarded best new artist in Norway. The singer-songwriter/producer first made waves with her debut single ‘Paper Paper‘ that charted on Spotify. Unlike pop contemporaries, Amanda isn’t afraid to talk about real issues. She notes, “We Do not Run From Anyone is about challenging the authorities and the norms in society”. Moreover, she’s performed London’s JaJaJa Festivals, Denmark’s Spot Festival and Red Bull Sound Select Music Festival in the US.

KOAR favorite Duendita released the video for the track Pray which takes place in a old cathedral. The Queens, NY artist has been quietly winning praise from various tastemakers and at just 15, she scored the award-winning indie film ‘Swim Little Fish Swim’, which premiered at SXSW. Her latest R&B flavored track Pray which comes off her forthcoming EP “Direct line to My Creator” has been picking up praise from Hot 97 star and Beats 1 Radio.

Electro-pop artist Lauren Silva aka Monti releases ‘Cowards Castle’. Produced and co-written by Josh Stevens (Calvin Harris, LMFAO), the track showcases her haunting vocals hovering over deep synths and beats. Check out the video here. Monti’s story is quite interesting.
