Zwetsch notes “’Candy Bars’ is a song about youth at its finest. Inspired by the joyous and carefree days of my teen years when all I really worried about was companionship and having a good time.”

The lead off track ‘Wasting Water’ that comes off her debut EP ‘What Comes After’ will satisfy the folk purists with its heartfelt lyrics blended in acoustic sounds of stomps and claps.

Safari Gold

Cardiff based quartet Safari Gold have created excitement around their record ‘Howl’. Friends since childhood, the 4 piece features brothers Morgan and Lewys as well as Danny and Sion. Working from their home studio, the band are putting the final touches on their debut EP, scheduled for release in the Autumn. Their sound encompasses a darkness wrapped up in layered synths and vocals but also harps to classic pop song writing. With live shows few and far between, the band are keeping audiences guessing ahead of the release of their next single at the end of the Summer.’

Cemetery Sun

Buzz Track: (Hard Drugs) Fake Love

California alternative rock act Cemetery Sun releases (Hard Drugs) Fake Love. It’s upbeat, catchy, combining guitars and synths making Cemetery Sun one of the few alternative acts that could burst on the mainstream. The band notes: “Our record finds its center around the idea of overcoming life’s self-imposed obstacles. We grew very close as musicians during the recording process, and rarely said NO to any idea or vibe that would typically be considered out of place.”
