Buzz Track: African Fire

Soldier’s Heart is a Belgian band, formed in 2012. Their new track “African Fire” is being spun on Belgians biggest radio station. They draw influences from Monsters Of Men, MGMT, and Two Door Cinema Club. The band is currently performing on summer festivals.

She appeared today on ABC’s ‘Good Morning America’ and will star in TLC’s new one-hour special Raising Fame, airing Wednesday, August 7th at 9:30PM. Capital Cities, the virtually unknown indie pop duo act from Los Angeles who we featured in July 2011 are now everywhere. The track we featured Safe & Sound has rose to the top 8 spot on the iTunes single chart. In May 2013, “Safe and Sound” reached number one on the German Singles Chart. 19 year old singer-songwriter Raveena Aurora, a Kings favorite will perform July 28th 9 PM at Culturefix (Lower East Side), NYC. Recap: The sound of Raveena’s voice is primed for synch opportunities in film/TV. She has an upcoming collaboration with Ministry of Sound French DJ/producer Bob Sinclair (of hit “World Hold On” fame). She was recently been feted by Bill Werde of Billboard as a top 5 new artist to look out for, and iTunes featured her on its front page as a new artist to watch. Nashville based rock act The Poor Boys started work on what would become their first EP in the winter of 2011. The band made a name for themselves for their intense live show in the Nashville rock music scene opening for acts such as Foxy Shazam and Buckcherry. The new album is produced by Ken Coomer (Wilco, Uncle Tupelo, Will Hoge) and frequently perform at Exit/In and 12th and Porter.
