Actress Gwyneth Paltrow has signed a deal with Atlantic Records.

The deal is worth $900,000 according to insiders.

She will do fairly well as country radio and fans alike will support her.

This pop rock act who hails from Iowa has shared the stage with acts such as The Used, White Tie Affair and toured with Conditions and The Years Gone By.

Universal Republic Records will be the U.S. record label for the TV talent contest “The Voice”.

NBC’s “The Voice” will consist of 4 celebrity judges and will pick talent based on vocal skills, meaning, they will hold ‘blind auditions’. The judges can only hear the talent, but can’t see them. The artists will perform live and the TV audience along with the coaches will cast votes.
