Lyel

Lyel, an indie-pop artist is starting to create a buzz in the Nordic scene, the same geographical area that brought us classics ABBA, Roxette and a-ha.

The singer-songwriter who was born in Germany and now resides in Finland’s southern capital is dubbed the artist destined for fame by YleX. She was named “The Pop-Worlds Next Big Thing” by Drunken Werewolf (UK music blog).

The latest haunting track ‘Shadow‘ is the third single and according to Lyel the one that best describes her as an artist. The songstress is currently locking down live shows and working on a new album. Check back for updates.

Shannon Labrie

If there is an artist who is on the cusp of breaking out, it’s Nashville singer-songwriter Shannon LaBrie. She’s back with a new album ‘War & Peace‘ which was tracked live at Nashville’s House of Blues Studio with producer Tom Michael.

Her latest single in “Heaven Crashed Down,” LaBrie gives a visual account of the painful loss of her father when she was 13. She separates herself from the rest of her cohorts with insightful stories and a haunting sensual voice.

Her yet-to-be released album has received strong support which included a single premiere by Paste Magazine while the single “Alcohol,” has clocked 1.5 million streams on Spotify.

Join LaBrie at the much anticipated album release show at The High Watt (Nashville) on May 4th.

TheLove

Newly formed pop-alternative act based in Nashville just released the track ‘Ponytail‘, along with a sultry playful video that can be viewed here. The 4 piece who dub themselves The Love Elektrik is fronted by songwriter/producer Anthony Rankin.

With a short time of its release, the video and song have organically accrued thousands of views on Vevo and streams on Spotify. It would be a big win and a good fit for these boys if they could hop on the Maroon 5 summer tour.

Catchy these boys at The Basement in Nashville on 4/1/16.
