Mindy’s latest single, “Somewhere.,” is a perfect song that beautifully complements a dreamy landscape, reminiscent of Taylor Swift’s enchanting track, “Willow.”

Mindy, the former female singer and keyboardist of the Universal Motown indie group Lydia, as well as the late lead singer of the indie-pop band States (formed after her departure from Lydia in 2010), has an impressive musical background.

In addition to her contributions to Lydia and States, Mindy has collaborated with renowned artists including hip-hop recording artist Blackbear, singer Anthony Green from the rock group Circa Survive, and Telle from The Word Alive.

Over the past few years, Mindy has released three solo singles: “Lifted,” “Lost You in the Summer,” and “Nothing New.” These songs perfectly showcase her talent for crafting catchy, carefree, and fun electro-infused tracks, influenced by her love for pop music from the 90s and 2000s.

Mindy has plans to release an album in the near future. She has already started teasing it with a couple of singles. The first, “Ghost,” is a heartbreakingly relatable track, while the second, “Somewhere,” is dreamy, sweet, and absolutely captivating. These new songs delve even deeper into emotional and down-to-earth territory, with a touch of Nashville sound. They will undoubtedly connect listeners with their incredibly beautiful and moving lyrics, addictive melodies, and simple yet timeless music.

Sarah Coolidge drops the upbeat track Ice Pac that comes off the album ‘Call Me When You Get There’. Coolidge and Maryam Qudus (SPACEMOTH) served as co-producers, while Meric Long (THE DODOS) handled engineering as Beau Sorensen (Death Cab For Cutie) mixed the album. The track could find a home on Spotify’s Indie Mix Playlist.

Coolidge’s upcoming album features “Ice Pack,” a shoegaze-saturated track that highlights her dry sensibilities as she recounts past eye injuries such as burned corneas and getting pepper flakes in her eye. This is consistent with Coolidge’s history of crafting catchy odes to pain and bodily injury, which can be traced back to her 2020 debut single “Nosebleed.” Bay Area artist Madeline Kenney, who released the single on her label Copper Mouth Records, described Coolidge’s songs as “sunny, a little tongue-in-cheek, effortlessly real and satisfying in their simplicity.” Having recently made their Noise Pop festival debut, Coolidge and her band have a busy schedule of upcoming shows leading up to the album release in spring and summer.

If you’re looking for something folk and pop, give Neeley a try. She just dropped a new single ‘27‘.

“In ’27,’ I’m holding onto the innocence of youth, knowing that I may not be making the right decision as I navigate an untraditional relationship with an older man, all the while remaining optimistic and living in the moment until I know for sure whether or not this relationship has true purpose. This song is for anyone searching for a relatable voice to tell their own complicated story.”

Neeley, a folk-pop singer-songwriter from Yorba Linda, California, uses her lyrics to share personal stories. Her music is accompanied by instrumentation that creates an immersive experience, making the listener feel like they are in the same room with her. Over the last decade, Neeley has amassed an extensive catalog of over 300 songs, striving to discover her authentic voice. In 2015, she launched her publishing company, “Real Me Publishing,” which has landed placements with notable companies such as Amazon Prime and Ciroc. Neeley has worked with several artists, including Sadie Rose Van, Ava Kolker, and Laci Mercede, and producers such as Jamie O’Neal, “Joren,” and “Chilly.” Despite graduating early from Esperanza High School in 2019, she has already achieved numerous credits. Neeley is now embarking on a new chapter in her career as an artist, with the release of her first single “27”.

San Diego songwriter and producer Estella Dawn is making a mark with her unique fusion of genres and she won’t let you down with her latest single, “Just Me,” that showcases her sharp bars and reflective realness. The track starts strong with a memorable hook that combines melancholy and a catchy tune, and builds in intensity with switches in flow, pace, volume, and emotion. “Just Me” is a relentless and diary-style presentation of the ache of a broken relationship, with equal parts anecdote and relatability. With each single release, Estella keeps it unpredictable, creating original and unmistakable music. “Just Me” adds the appeal of snappy verse bars, immersive production, and mighty vocals to her soulful and intimate sound. Estella was a semi-finalist on New Zealand’s Got Talent and has over 25,000 monthly listeners on Spotify.

Madeline Megery released her debut single Vertigo. Fans of Taylor Swift will love. Madeline Megery is an artist who blends indie folk and electronic music to craft her songs. Her inspirations are drawn from the natural world and its soundscapes, as well as the lessons she learns during her exploration of the great outdoors. Madeline is often found hiking, surfing, and camping while also writing music that encapsulates the feelings, wisdom, and beauty that come from these experiences, as well as the broader human experience. In 2022, she signed with Nettwerk Records, and on April 14, 2023, she released her debut single, Vertigo. This track explores the mental labyrinth that one can find themselves stuck in, and how acknowledging that they are the creators of their maze empowers them to escape it.
