Danish singer Christine Kiberg aka Ea Kaya releases the new electro pop track Tied Up. The 22 year old first made waves with the song Remedy that racked up 250,000 plays on Spotify. Could Ea Kaya become the next Nordic pop star? She can craft huge pop anthems and seductive melodies, and won over including tastemakers HIGHSNOBIETY, CLASH MAG and tmrw MAG. Moreover, she just wrapped up a performance at the Spot Festival.

Canadian singer Faith Monaco releases the radio ready track Turn Up Tonight. Singing at an early age, Faith spent several months writing the dark pop track that ventures in early Rihanna era with lyrics like “Wake up when I’m sober, push away the memories, then I’ll think of what I lost, I burn every bridge I cross”. Influenced by Demi Lovato and Beyonce, Faith notes, ” This song is about a dark time when a relationship went bad. I had to pull myself back up and overcome life’s struggles and challenges.” The up and coming artist has live performances in the works. Check it out!
Los Angeles based pop singer Linney releases the Billy Squier cover My Kind Of Lover. Knowing the original, it took a bit to get used to, but after a couple of listens, it sunk in. Not sure what Billy is doing these days but he should give it a thumbs up and a retweet. Linney is building her resume through featured topline vocals on a number of breakout dance tracks, and the latest cover follows the track ‘Outta Of My Heart‘. Moreover, she won the John Lennon Songwriting contest and performed on Balcony TV LA.

Up and coming 24 year old Nate Head from Nashville releases So Like LA. Although the latest electro-atmospheric track may not be ripe for top 40 radio, it was cool enough for Spotify Fresh Finds and Fresh Hiptronix. That’s where you want to be today. Popular Australian model Cheyenne Tozzi turns singer and releases the track Sober. And it’s really good. Having appeared in Vogue and Cosmopolitan, and press coverage in The Daily Mail, the Sydney pin-up is no stranger to the music world. Tozzi was the lead singer of the band Van Hoorn who travelled to the Middle East to perform for the Australian Troops and who was also the supporting act for the Kooks Australian tour. Check it out!
