I really like You Like Me by Yaeger. She first made waves with her single Ocean that drew attention from blogs like The Line Of Best Fit, FAME Magazine and Radar Collective. The 20 year old Swedish singer-songwriter tells Kings, “I like to create scenarios with my music, based on either my own experience or my friends experiences. That’s what I’ve done with You Like Me. This scenario is built on the feeling of a winter in Stockholm that lasted forever, where you were chasing a love that felt so close but still so far”. Give it a listen. emil@birdswillsingforyou.com

Kings favorite Lucy Daydream dropped the new track Dizzy, a dreamy indie anthem. The duo tells Kings, “The song is finding a sense of peace. Look out for James Smith’s new track Tell Me That You Love Me. In the vein of John Legend’s All Of Me, it sounds like an adult contemporary smash. The UK singer-songwriter released his debut EP Little while the title track garnered over 3 million streams. The latest track which was co-written and produced by James was inspired by a heartbreak. James reveals, “It was inspired by my first heartbreak, something I didn’t want to happen but it was inevitable, it’s the story of our last couple of days together, ‘pretending it’s all alright’. Hearing the band & gospel choir for the first time completely blew my mind”. Give it a stream.

Becky tells Kings, “Stay Strong is about staying true to who you are in spite of the tough challenges life throws at you.
