18 year old Bella releases the female empowerment single titled FGIRL via Eyelektric. She is the daughter of renowned Spanish guitarist Sir Angel Romero. While the song has Spanish guitar chords and conga drums, it also blends pop, trap, and urban. Bella notes, “FGIRL has a loud female empowerment message about female sexuality and making it known.” Give it a listen.

Kanye West is on a new path and that is leading worship. Kanye is drawing thousands to his worship services upon the arrival of his new album Jesus Is King via Def Jam which is set to drop on September 27th. His new songs blend fuse gospel, R&B and hip-hop. The latest worship service was held at Kanye’s recently purchased ranch in Wyoming and nearly 4,000 showed up according to his marketing manager.

The Spotify for Artists app will get a fresh update including listening stats so artists can see how many people are playing their songs right now. The artist will also get notified when a song gets added to a playlist or the artist gains new followers.

Spotify wrote, “we’re making it as easy as possible to get to know who’s listening to your music — who they are, where they’re coming from, and similar artists they’re jamming out to. You’ll also be able to see your latest stats for all your songs and playlists in a clear and visual way.”
