sheki

Shekï (pronounced sHee..k eye) 18 years old was born Shekinah-Glory Kee-Green in Newark, New Jersey. She began singing with her church choir at the tender age of two. She cites gospel powerhouses Vicky Winans, Karen Clark-Sheard, and R&B artist Brandy Norwood as her inspirations. Although, these tracks sound rough, you can certainly hear the Caribbean element and the Asian influence in songs like Angel and Show Me. Contact: gse@aol.com

The song has the 1992 Singles Soundtrack feel reminiscent of State of Love and Trust. This is one of their better songs….
