Keep an eye on Cole LC and his track “Marching on Together (feat. Deewaan).” Reminiscent of The Kid Laroi’s “Stay,” this uptempo banger brings all the good vibes.

At just 20 years old, Cole LC has made significant strides in a short amount of time, blending R&B, rap, and alternative pop into a fluid, melodious sound. Drawing inspiration from a diverse range of artists like Mike Skinner, Potter Payper, Mahalia, Lil Baby, and Ed Sheeran, Cole LC aims to be “unpredictable, but consistent,” working hard to learn from his musical heroes.

His talent hasn’t gone unnoticed, with support from BBC Radio 1’s Future Pop, 1Xtra’s DJ Target, GRM Daily, SBTV, and The Guardian. He’s also graced the stages of Reading & Leeds, Parklife, and Live at Leeds festivals, as well as completing a recent run of shows with ADMT and Tays.

Freedom Fry’s new track, “Sorry Situation Number Four,” is a standout release that blends the nostalgic vibes of The Beatles and Oasis with a modern indie-rock twist. The LA-based, French/American duo, Bruce Driscoll and Marie Seyrat, have crafted a dreamy, psychedelic sound that radiates carefree summer energy. With nonchalant vocals, fuzzy guitars, and lush electronics, this song is perfect for a laid-back day and could easily find its place on Spotify’s retro pop playlist. It’s their 6th single of the year, produced in their Los Angeles studio, and is a must-listen for fans of retro-inspired, psych-infused music.

Check out Savanna Leigh and her track “Favorite Parts of Me,” a deeply personal song that echoes the introspective style of Taylor Swift. With lyrics like “18 years old, my parents’ house / another birthday comes, I don’t freak out / I say what’s on my mind and say it loud,” the song captures the vulnerability and growth that comes with navigating young adulthood. It would be a great fit for Spotify’s Pop, Singer-Songwriter, or Folk playlists.

On her fourth EP, Reminders of You, Nashville-based singer-songwriter Savanna Leigh showcases a unique blend of vulnerability and empowerment. The 23-year-old’s songwriting delves into the complexities of outgrowing relationships and evolving as a person, making her lyrics relatable to listeners of all ages.

Savanna grew up in Florida, surrounded by creative professionals who made a living from music. This environment inspired her to pursue a career as a full-time artist. Initially drawn to mainstream country, she wrote her first song at the age of 12, a passion that eventually led her to Nashville on a music scholarship.

After performing in a country-pop duo with her sister, Savanna decided to go solo. While she initially explored a glossy pop sound, she has since refined her style, collaborating with like-minded artists to create a more authentic, stripped-back sound on Reminders of You. Set to release on August 20, the project, recorded in Nashville and L.A. with close friends, captures universal yet often unspoken emotions.
